The L.C.R.R.C has two objectives, to provide, via the SEMRC, the UK's largest Mini Moto Racing club, quality, affordable, competetive racing for Mini Moto and Pit Bike racers, as well as the ideal starting point for young [ages 6 up] riders. The L.C.R.R.C British Championship also accomodates young starter riders [The Phoenix Academy Cup Mini Moto class, or Jawa GP50 Auto], but also includes more advanced levels, right up to riders on the verge of a move to road racing, it's primary aim being the safe, enjoyable progression of young riders, from novice to skilled, and ballistic! Just think, by the time some of these kids move to road racing, aged 12....they have been racing for 6 years! We are not just about kid's though! Our senior minimoto grids are the biggest in the UK, and of course we were responsible for starting Pit Bike Racing in the UK. The emphasis for all is fun, and our paddock is very familly oriented. Regardless of whatever small bike you want to race, mini moto to GP70, we have something for you. Regardless of whether you are racing just for fun, or to learn and progress, we can accomodate. No single organisation in the UK has had such an impact on UK road racing as us, with ex-mini moto/GP50/GP70 riders making a real impact on the scene each year, ex-riders include Dan Linfoot [MotoGP250], Adam Jenkinson [European Superstock], Peter Hickman [BSB], Jamie Mossey & Stuart Mitchell [Red Bull Moto GP Academy], Alex Gault [2006 CB500 Champion], Luke Mossey [Sabre Sport GP125], Scott Redding [Dorna MotoGP Academy]........ and that is just a fraction! For those with ambition to move up to road racing, we co-run 2 x Junior Road Race Championships, both using the stunning GP70 class machines, that have made such an impact in the last 2 years. One is with EMRA [Mallory Park], with the winner getting a ride with Phoenix Racing the following year on a Honda RS125 GP machine! The other with the well established JRA/Peston & District, who have been responsible for the likes of James Toseland, and many others. Welcome to this website, which is not only for you information, but also allows you [via race reports, results & lap times] to chart the pogress of the UK's hottest, up and coming talents, and see who they are via the rider profiles section. This is the UK's hottest Junior Road Race scene.....enjoy!
